What difference will you make?
Noddfa Bach is currently transitioning from a small Charity to a CIO. This is a great position for someone to help really shape and guide the organisation going forward. Earlier this year we launched an Outreach Program which aims to make a change in animal rescue by helping to keep dogs out of the kennel system and in homes as long as possible whilst giving extra support to the most vulnerable members of our community. This service is for dogs and owners in crisis. Noddfa Bach can help with food, walking, training costs and vet costs.We have some big ideas that could really help make positive changes in the animal rescue world.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong organisational, communication and administrative skills, that is proficient in record keeping and taking minutes and has experience of Charity law and governance,
What will you be doing?
The Charity Secretary will help ensure that Noddfa Bach runs smoothly and in accordance with its governing documents. They will maintain and update key documents and ensure that all decisions and actions of the board are accurately implemented and recorded. Advise and ensure that Trustees are in compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations. They will help us by organising and coordinating Trustee meetings, writing agendas and minutes, ensuring meeting are conducted properly and offering advice in regards to the Charity's policies and strategy.
