Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people with disabilities? Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a well-established provider for Children's Homes, in Ilkeston.
*Please note, we are only able to consider applicants who have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle*
Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Ilkeston, DE7
Salary: £31,118- £31,784 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide support and care for young people with disabilities in a residential setting.
* Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young adults.
* Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement care plans and activities.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting their well-being and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in working with children or an equivalent qualification is a must
* Proven experience working with children and/or young adults.
* Enhanced DBS
* A valid driving licence.
* A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
* Candidates must be 22 years old or above, in line with children’s home regulations.
