The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice of Cabrini. Working across switchboard, concierge, and reception, you’ll bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction. No two days are the same – this role offers a fantastic mix of variety and purpose.
Shifts available: Casual, Mon–Sun between 6AM–11PM
What You’ll Do
7. Welcome patients, visitors, and staff, offering assistance where needed
8. Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently
9. Assist patients and visitors with directions and hospital information
10. Respond to emergency calls and messages with accuracy
11. Coordinate taxi and courier bookings
12. Support administration tasks including data entry, filing, and enquiries
What We’re Looking For
13. Previous experience in a customer service or reception role
14. Confident with technology and able to quickly learn new systems
15. A professional communicator with excellent attention to detail
16. Calm and reliable under pressure, with great time management
17. A positive team player who genuinely enjoys helping others
18. Bonus: Experience with paging systems or call centre software
