What You’ll Do
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent IT support and enhancing the overall client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing remote (and occasional on-site) technical support to end users and clients
* Taking ownership of escalated tickets and seeing them through to resolution
* Troubleshooting a range of technical issues across networks, software, and hardware
* Supporting 1st line colleagues through complex incidents
* Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge base
About You
Key Skills & Experience:
* Microsoft 365 administration
* Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and general networking fundamentals
* Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT support role
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Proactive, customer-focused approach
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, or SharePoint
* Relevant certifications (MCP, CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals/Associates)
* Familiarity with Azure, Entra, device enrolment, and modern desktop deployments
