Location: Phoenix House, 3 Goddard Road, Ipswich IP1 5NP – Hybrid working. Hours: 22.2 per week – flexible options. Contract: Fixed Term or secondment for up to 12 months (maternity cover).
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinating responses as part of a specialised support service to elected members (Councillors) underpinning highway-related services.
* Coordinate customer service activities, working closely with colleagues to provide a reactive response.
* Proactively deal with a range of complex and non-routine queries and issues and support the team in doing the same.
* Review and present reporting information and ensure compliance with deadlines across a wider service area.
You will need
* Proven experience of customer service-related activities and working in a customer-focused role in a busy office environment.
* Ability to plan and prioritise.
