Are you a chef looking for the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Sous Chef with drive and passion who can support the Head Chef in delivering our brand standards.
Set in beautiful 25 acres of land, Doubletree by Hilton St. Annes Manor, Wokingham is a stunning property only 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The hotel has 170 bedrooms and 8 meeting rooms, including the St Annes suite, which can cater for up to 250 guests.
What we are looking for from you:
Ask yourself, are you someone who is customer-focused, consistently delivering excellent service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach? If yes, then we need you.
Do you possess excellent communication skills, can work on your own initiative, and have a genuine desire to work in hospitality? We want to hear from you as soon as possible.
As a Sous Chef you will:
* Be highly motivated, positive, and talented
* Lead in the absence of the Head Chef
* Be computer literate and responsible for stock and orders
* Have a passion for service and presentation
* Enjoy training and developing your team
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety
* Possess Level 3 Food Safety certification (preferred)
