Sales Manager
Role Summary
Working as part of a team with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and the Sales Manager, to bring on board contractors and increase the numbers on Umbrella payroll.
Through a mixture of inbound calls, outbound calls and emails, the BDE will promote and close on options, whilst promoting our services and recommending products and solutions to the contractor and agency consultants.
Key Performance Indicators
Develop relationships with customers.
Generate and negotiate with new customers.
Manage leads and sales opportunities.
Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and client requirements.
Build relationships with contractors and consultants via phone and emails.
Provide excellent, professional and dedicated customer service.
Identify potential future business opportunities.
Engage and interact with other areas of the business in order to create the best solution for your customer.
Awareness of targets and conversions, individually and as a business.

Knowledge of recruitment industry preferred [but not essential if the correct skills are displayed].
A great communicator, having the ability to make the right impression with clients, giving them complete confidence in the company.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Able to develop relationships within accounts and generate new leads.
Naturally comfortable on the phone to include making outbound calls.
