Duties
* Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
* Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
* Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Help patients with mobility and transfers
* Collect specimens for laboratory testing
* Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician
* Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to healthcare team
* Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
* Current CPR certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
* Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
