We're looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Residential Solutions Team based in London.

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate smooth project execution by maintaining positive relationships with residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the Kier team.
* Implement community engagement activities to raise awareness of the works and benefits.
* Communicate with residents about planned works, schedule appointments, and update on progress.
* Conduct resident profiling surveys to identify support needs and vulnerabilities.
* Perform pre-works home visits to explain the process and facilitate access.
* Assist residents in preparing for works, including moving and storage of possessions.
Requirements:
* Experience with housing repairs, in either public or private sectors, delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
* IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Full UK Driver's License.
