Engineering Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen with an internationally recognised distribution business for an Engineering Team Leader.
As an engineering team leader you will be:
* Responsible for overseeing the engineering team, delegating tasks, motivating, scheduling, training, etc.
* Working alongside engineering managers, attending meetings when required.
* Providing assistance to engineers to repair a range of mechanical and electrical components such as conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs, etc.
Role Requirements:
* Leadership experience or similar role experience (Senior engineer, lead engineer, maintenance lead, engineering supervisor)
* Engineering qualification, level 3 or equivalent.
