The Role
We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with major orthopaedic scrub expertise to join our well-established theatre team. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
* Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
* Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.
What We're Looking For
* HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse (no restrictions).
* Minimum 1 year major orthopaedic scrub experience (hips, knees, shoulders, spinal).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible, positive attitude.
* Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification
