Role Overview: As a KS1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils. Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Promote positive behaviour and support social development. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support pupil progress. Requirements for KS1 Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching Key Stage 1 pupils in a UK school setting is preferred. Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills. Creativity and flexibility in teaching approaches.
