Creative Program Manager
Location: London, UK
Length: ASAP – 31/12/2025
Rate: £54.33 p/h
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days p/w in office
Overview:
At our client’s Reality Labs, we develop groundbreaking technology and products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee impactful work across our EMEA advertising and marketing touchpoints. This role is within Reality Labs, specifically in Creative X, our internal global agency responsible for the creative vision and perception of our client brands. Creative X Program Managers lead the development and execution of integrated creative programs, collaborating closely with marketers and product teams.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.
* Establish partnerships with international marketers, channel leads, product marketing managers, creative teams, and external agencies.
* Report directly to the International Program Lead and collaborate with marketing and creative leads for operational and creative needs.
* Coordinate how creative projects align within the broader business portfolio, considering objectives, impact, risks, and resources.
* Prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams.
* Develop and optimize systems, tools, and standards to enhance creative production.
* Ensure successful communication and delivery of marketing launches through team coordination.
* Manage agency relationships for large-scale campaigns in partnership with international and integrated marketers.
* Oversee the development of ongoing programs outside of campaign frameworks with channel leads.
* Manage workflows, budgets, approvals, sourcing, procurement, and asset development under tight deadlines.
* Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables, working closely with design, legal, and product teams.
* Drive the team towards progress and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
* Willingness to travel for key meetings or events.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 10+ years client-facing experience in a creative agency or in-house role.
* Experience in creative advertising across multiple channels.
* Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
* Experience in creative operations, setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation.
* Knowledge of creative planning, production, editorial, finishing, and delivery.
* Experience with major creative channels and large-scale campaigns.
* Preferred: experience working across EMEA markets and with additional channels like print, OOH, or experiential workstreams.
* Experience with large, global tech companies and fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Passion for new technologies, specifically MR and AI.
* Business fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
* Account management and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in high-paced environments.
