A global pharma business in Slough is looking for an Interim Executive Assistant to join the team. This is a 3-month temporary position, covering sickness. Situated in modern offices, you will support multiple stakeholders at Senior Management level. Working hours are Monday to Friday, and hybrid working is offered (2 days a week in the office).
Your new role
In this role you will support a number of stakeholders (both field and office-based), supporting with day-to-day administration and secretarial tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing agendas, documents and presentations
- Taking minutes and following up on actions
- Travel coordination
- Expenses, raising PO's and budget management
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previously worked in a similar PA or EA role and have a good working knowledge of MS Office, including SharePoint and Projects. SAP experience is also beneficial. Experience with scheduling meetings, calendar management, expenses and stakeholder management is also required for this position. This is an immediate start, so the successful candidate will be immediately available.
