WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on IT, Data and MIS within the education sector.
WeDoData are supporting a high performing secondary school & sixth form based in Bath who are looking for a temporary Cover Manager to start ASAP until the 19th December.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Lead the early morning cover process.
* Assign and brief Cover Supervisors, internal staff and agency supply.
* Manage room changes and simple rescheduling to maintain safe and effective supervision.
* Manage cover for all duties including morning, breaktime, lunchtime and after school.
You will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong IT skills
* Experience using MI systems
* Leadership skills
You will be required to be onsite 5 days per week, working up to 37hrs per week.
The day rate for this role is flexible.
