Working as part of a close-knit marketing and eCommerce team of three, you will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering campaigns across digital, local marketing, and in-store activity.
The role
* Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, and email (Dotdigital).
* Manage the campaign calendar and brief the creative agency on POS, merchandising, and showroom promotions.
* Lead local marketing initiatives to build showroom visibility through community partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
* Oversee paid social activity and support showroom launches and events with targeted collateral.
* Track budgets, update spreadsheets, and report on campaign performance.
The person
* Strong campaign management experience, ideally within retail, interiors, or premium consumer goods.
* Commercially minded and organised, with confidence managing agencies and stakeholders.
* Creative and proactive, with the ability to balance planning with reactive activity.
* Affinity with interiors or design would be an advantage.
* Flexible to travel regularly to showrooms, with the role based five days a week initially (with scope for one day working from home)
