We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join our enthusiastic team. We look for individuals passionate about working with complex but rewarding children in a learning environment. You will collaborate with teachers and professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under supervision. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups, monitoring pupils, and recording their achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidate will adopt effective strategies to support teaching and increase pupil achievement, including consistent use of behaviour regulation strategies in line with school policies.

The school is recruiting a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor to work with young people aged 11-16 in a Pupil Referral Unit setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by supporting their access to education and their social and emotional development.

The ideal Young Offender Behaviour Mentor will:
