Role Summary Assist the Project Management team in the planning, budgeting, and execution of major projects for the Borr Drilling fleet. Responsibilities Assist and support the projects team as directed e.g. Liaise with vendors/OEM’s on technical issues and parts/equipment deliveries Liaise with Borr Supply Chain to ensure close monitoring and scheduling of parts/equipment deliveries to ensure project timelines are met Filing of technical documentation pre and post project Visit rigs to support onboard systems and equipment surveys, gathering information relevant to the project planning & execution. Follow-up with vendors and rig crews post-project to ensure requisite actions are completed and correctly documented Liaise with the technical team to find solutions to project related issues Participate in project meetings with rig teams, vendors, OEMs, Class and other external parties as required. Advise and assist in the development of Borr’s project and technical policies and procedures. Assist in ensuring all projects are planned and executed in accordance with Borr’s policies and procedures Advise and assist operational teams in the planning, execution and close-out of projects Qualifications and Experience Qualifications Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience/qualification (HND/HNC equivalent may also be acceptable) Ability to work under pressure on various different tasks to tight timelines High levels of self-motivation with willingness to work outside of normal working hours Experience Knowledge and experience of projects, together with an understanding of planning and scheduling Preferable to have oil and gas, marine or energy industry experience in an engineering/technical capacity, ideally with projects exposure
