Designated as a Center of Excellence, the facility specializes in surface treatment and assembly of small to medium-sized landing gear systems. As a key part of the Centre of Division, supports several global programs, including: Gripen - SAAB, Hawk - BAE Systems, KF21 - Hanwha Aerospace, AW101 - Leonardo Helicopters. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technology, advanced manufacturing processes, and lean techniques, we are committed to delivering high-value, precision-engineered components for complex landing gear systems.,
* Prepare components for plating using various masking techniques.
* Apply appropriate jigs and tooling to ensure correct plating deposits.
* Calculate optimal plating settings, including amperage and timing.
* Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and compliance.
* Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently.
Hands-on experience in electroplating, HVOF coating, cadmium, nickel, and chrome plating, as well as metal finishing and polishing.
* Skilled in working to tight tolerances and familiar with GD&T standards.
* Proficient in using precision measurement tools such as micrometeors and borematics (preferred).
* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
* Time-served in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline.
* Prior experience in machining or polishing is advantageous.
