Office Manager / Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover 9-12 months) - 6822 Location: Stroud Hours: Part-time (20–30 hours per week) Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 pro rata DOE Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant: * Provide full EA support to senior leadership including diary management and meeting coordination * Act as a central point of contact for the business, managing internal and external communication * Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly * Manage administrative processes including documentation, filing and record keeping * Support with invoicing, expenses and general finance administration * Liaise with suppliers and external partners * Coordinate meetings, events and general office activities * Maintain a well organised and professional working environment * Support with ad hoc administration and business support tasks as required Key Skills of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant: * Previous experience within an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently * High attention to detail and strong administrative ability * Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook * Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively For more information on this role please contact Katie Tyrrell at First Base Employment
