Role Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors, delivering high-quality services tailored to their needs
* Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
* Provide strategic advice to clients on financial reporting, risk management, and compliance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex audit assignments
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
* Ensure efficient audit processes, meeting deadlines and budgets
* Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including cross-selling services and attending networking events
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s audit strategy

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Extensive experience within an accountancy practice, with a focus on audit
* Expert knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
* Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships
* Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset to identify and seize business opportunities
