Role Summary
KPMG maintains a robust network of strategic Alliances and partnerships with leading technology, data, and services organisations, including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. This role focuses on developing, expanding, and managing the Oracle Alliance within the EMA region and strengthening KPMG's regional relationship with Oracle. The role collaborates with the Global Oracle Alliance Director and counterparts in ASPAC and the Americas to implement the Global Oracle Strategy across regions.
The role reports to the EMA Head of Alliances and EMA Oracle Alliance Platform Lead, with input from the Global Oracle Alliance Director.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage the regional Oracle Alliance relationship in the EMA region in alignment with the Global Oracle Strategy.
Collaborate with the EMA Oracle Alliance Sales Team to increase Oracle’s contribution to EMA business.
Align with EMA Industry and sector leaders to identify target accounts for Oracle-related solutions, in coordination with the Global Alliance Director.
Work with Global Lead Partners and Oracle Account Leads to develop account business plans and conduct regular reviews.
Utilize Oracle alliance funding to deploy Go-to-Market initiatives, including solution development and industry events.
Support Go-to-Market strategy for local Oracle developments and campaigns, ensuring knowledge sharing across member firms.
Build strong KPMG/Oracle relationships with EMA Clients and Markets leadership and align with Go-to-Market strategies.
Alliance Planning & Member Firm Onboarding / Programs
Develop and approve a joint EMA business plan aligned with global and EMA growth plans, including revenue targets and investment needs.
Collaborate with member firms and Local Alliance Partners to develop annual business plans.
Organize regular updates with local Oracle leadership and partners; oversee onboarding, contracting, and KPI capture with EMA Alliance operations.
Coordinate Oracle certifications requirements and align L&D with the Global Alliance strategy regionally.
Relationship Management
Build high-value relationships with Oracle EMA executives and alliances leadership.
Act as EMA point of contact for Oracle at regional level; foster relationships across member firms and EMA Functions.
Coordinate with other EMA priority teams (Velocity, Cloud, Cyber, ESG) to integrate Oracle Alliance into EMA initiatives.
Community & Governance
Collaborate with Member Firm Oracle Alliance teams in EMA and align with Oracle counterparts to establish an active community.
Monitor pipeline and support pursuits with EMA Oracle Alliance sales; manage governance and communications between KPMG and Oracle.
Ensure pipeline, booking reports, cross-alliance opportunities, and fiscal planning are captured and shared; develop metrics to monitor Oracle partner performance.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
 * Agree and implement EMA Alliance plan aligned to Global strategy with revenue targets
 * Monitor execution of Global Alliance plan in EMA and Member Firms
 * Develop alliance strategies and business plans for key accounts
 * Support annual alliance bookings targets in EMA
 * Maintain executive relationships with Oracle
 * Contribute EMA requirements to co-funded KPMG-Oracle solutions
 * Monitor investment targets and funding
 * Collaborate on alliance-based solutions across countries with aligned marketing/communications
 * Proactive communicator with strong English (oral and written); additional European languages welcomed
 * Experience across functions and geographies
Experience & Knowledge
 * Strong alliance and project management skills
 * Significant consulting experience in technology enablement with joint business plans and GTM initiatives
 * Experience with Oracle platform offerings and network with Oracle executives in EMA
 * Results-driven, proactive, team player, detail-oriented
 * Ability to manage multiple activities across time zones under pressure
 * Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders; cultural awareness
