We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a valid SMSTS qualification to join our client on a high-profile new build high-rise project, this position is to cover staff holidays until completion of project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
*
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
*
Coordinate with site management and the project team to maintain programme targets
*
Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct regular toolbox talks
*
Ensure quality control and manage snagging process
*
Maintain site records and progress reports
Requirements:
*
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
*
Cladding/façade experience – highly desirable
*
CSCS card – essential
*
First Aid at Work – preferred
