Employment type: Full Time, Hybrid
Salary: £24,000 - £50,000 dependent upon experience

Responsibilities

* As a CRM executive in our Marketing team, you'll lead in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention and managing data-driven campaigns that build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
* Have the autonomy to create, execute and optimise CRM strategies, leveraging customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences and improve customer loyalty.
* Develop, execute and optimise CRM strategies that drive customer retention, engagement and loyalty.
* Manage and analyse customer data to create personalised and impactful marketing campaigns.
* Segment customer audiences and deliver targeted communications across multiple channels (email, SMS, etc.).
* Collaborate with teams to ensure customer touchpoints are seamless and consistent.
* Monitor campaign performance, assess customer feedback and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
* Stay updated with the latest CRM tools, technologies and best practices to enhance customer experience.
* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
