What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism
* Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
* Assisting with personalised learning plans and activities
* Building positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting individuals with Autism (in education, care, or community settings)
* Patience, empathy, and a great sense of humour!
* A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
