We're hiring a Lettings Assistant
We're looking for a friendly and organised Lettings Administrator to join our team at Lift Firth Park on a casual basis. This role will support the booking of school facilities within our leisure centre.
You're someone who'll be able to:
* Open and lock up the facilities.
* Meet and greet lettings customers.
* Cleaning the toilets and facilities after use.
* Recording / Administration of last minute bookings.
* Be flexible and able to cover at short notice.
* Able to work evenings and weekends.
* Cover the leisure centre reception desk.
You're someone who has:
* Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role
* Experience of working in an office environment
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Comfortable with loan working

Lift Firth Park is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11–16. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language.
