Our client, a well-established civils contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role will be ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with surfacing experience, or a civil engineering background, working across a range of infrastructure and groundwork projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage project costs from tender stage through to final account\n\nPrepare valuations, cost reports, and forecasts\n\nProcure and manage subcontractors and suppliers\n\nAssess, price, and agree variations and change control\n\nWork closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial performance\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within surfacing, highways, or civil engineering projects\n\nStrong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge\n\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently\n\nDesirable Experience:\n\nSurfacing or highways project experience (highly beneficial)\n\nCivil engineering background (advantageous)\n\nWhat...
