3. Provide a first class customer experience, ensuring all enquiries are owned through to completion.
4. Identify and assess customers needs to ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner to achieve satisfaction.
5. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints while providing excellent level of personable service.
6. Ensure customer's orders and enquiries are processed efficiently and correctly.
7. Supporting customers and company by pricing and raising quotations as well as organising and communicating delivery times and vehicle requirements.
8. Recording customer quality complaints and investigating credit claims, ensuring they are processed within agreed time scales.
9. Provide customers with information on products and service levels.
10. Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquires or issues.
11. Produce and maintaining corrective actions data to support best practice and business improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

13. Proven experience within manufacturing or a strong knowledge.
