We currently have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Managing, maintaining, and coordinating the ECO (Engineering change order) process, working with supply chain, engineering, production and other relevant departments You will work with production, engineering and quality to establish / implement containment and route cause fixes to Production issues Implement and work with best practice standard work to deliver accurate system information for inventory and Bill of Material data Management of BOMs and material movement through Plan For Every Part. You will ensure that manufacturing systems are operating correctly within the Terex Management System and implement the manufacturing bills of materials, assisting with and advising on make / buy decision, material planning. It’s important that you apply lean manufacturing principles including Kanban coordination and 5S and provide production support to individual production departments. You will be responsible for the administration of processes and rolling out to wider team, along with the co-ordination of internal and external customer orders. Essential Criteria Good English communication skill, both written and spoken. You will have demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, building structured work plans, and demonstrating strong process management and organisational skills Confidence with IT systems is a key requirement for this role. Strong proactive approach is a must Strong analytical and problem solving skills needed Collaborative interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation Ability to drive process improvement A sound knowledge of manufacturing, material management and industrial engineering. Process management skills An understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques an advantage. Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities & goals. Desirable Criteria BEng in Engineering or relevant experience. Experience using ERP systems Good Presentation and interpersonal skills.
