Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Brockmoor and Brierley Hill Primary Schools
Hours: 15 hours per week Monday to Friday (all year pound),
Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for high standards, team leadership, and operational excellence?We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead our cleaning teams in delivering exceptional service every day.
Your Role
As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations. You will be a key part of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the cleaning teams on a daily basis
* Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure high standards are consistently met
* Carry out cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning areas
* Ensure compliance with COSHH, health and safety, and school policies
* Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
* Support training and development of cleaning staff
* Report any issues or concerns to the Assistant Facilities Manager promptly

* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (due to multi site locations)
