We’re supporting a global leader in healthcare distribution and digital services who are on a mission to create a best-in-class online experience for their customers. With a strong brand, ambitious growth plans and a genuinely collaborative culture, they’re investing heavily in digital marketing and this hire will play a pivotal part in driving that forward.
The Role
This is a hands-on, data-driven position where you’ll take full ownership of optimising the website and digital journeys to increase conversion, engagement and commercial performance. You’ll analyse user behaviour, identify friction points, and lead experiments that turn insights into measurable improvements. Think of it as part strategist, part analyst, part UX detective; someone who can turn numbers and user behaviour into smart, simple actions that drive sales.
Key responsibilities
* Leading the overall conversion strategy and prioritising optimisation projects.
* Designing and analysing tests across landing pages, forms and checkout flows.
* Using behavioural analytics tools (like FullStory, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to uncover insights and user trends.
* Collaborating with UX, content, creative and commercial teams to test and refine messaging and design.
* Reporting on performance, providing clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
* Influencing the roadmap for future site enhancements and digital campaigns.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has managed websites, loves the customer journey, wants to see that traffic turn into sales, someone that’s curious, commercially minded and driven by results - someone who doesn’t just crunch numbers, but understands what makes users click, convert and come back.
You’ll likely bring
* 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRO or UX optimisation.
* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, FullStory or similar tools.
* Proven experience running A/B tests and building optimisation roadmaps.
* Solid understanding of web content strategy and digital campaign performance.
* The confidence to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a complex or regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, financial services or B2B ecommerce), where attention to detail and data accuracy really matter.
