Location: Preston Workshop

We’re recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at Preston Workshop on a permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £70k per annum including overtime (shift depending).
Working Hours: Full time – 39.5 hours per week (rotating shift pattern: week 1 06:00 – 14:30, week 2 06:00 – 14:30, week 3 13:00 – 21:30). You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays and Sundays (with two days off in the week). A permanent Night Shift is available.

A Bit About The Role
 * You’ll perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers and mechanical equipment
 * You’ll use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair light/heavy goods vehicles
 * You’ll have access to specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops
A Bit About You
 * Qualified mechanic: IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle or equivalent (preferably Heavy Vehicle). You should have your own toolkit for standard repairs
 * Varied vehicle experience: proven Vehicle Technician experience on a wide range of vehicles
 * Valid UK driving licence: full manual UK licence
 * High working standards: pride in your work and ensure the job is done effectively
 * Flexible to service demands: able to work on a flexible shift rota and support the team as needed
