Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
* Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase culinary creativity while adhering to seasonal availability.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

* Manage inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients as necessary while minimising waste.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
* A passion for cooking and an eagerness to help others develop their culinary skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
