The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll be trusted to run your own desk, grow your client base, and deliver outstanding results in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Full 360° recruitment: business development, candidate sourcing, and placement
*
Managing your own desk within our specialist construction sectors
*
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
*
Working to annual revenue targets with support from leadership
*
Contributing to the growth and future of the business
What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years+ experience in a Recruitment Consultant role (construction or technical preferred)
*
Proven ability to win business and deliver results
*
Strong candidate management and negotiation skills
*
Ambition to grow into a senior or management role
*
Self-starter with resilience and drive
