Preparing and issuing invoices in line with agreed terms, often involving manual processes. Managing a high-volume, high-value portfolio and ensuring accurate billing Driving effective credit control and supporting cash collection activities Handling customer queries and resolving complex discrepancies promptly Building strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies Identifying and contributing to process improvements within the billing and credit control function What you'll get in return
