Export and Logistics Coordinator Location: Pontardawe, Swansea Contract: Temporary, on-going | Immediate Start Pay: Weekly. £13.40/hour. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday - 8am - 2.30pm. The Role We are looking for a detail‑driven Export and Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and timely shipment of alloy product orders to customers worldwide. You will play a vital part in coordinating international shipments across sea, air, and land, managing export documentation, and ensuring full compliance with customs and export regulations. You will work closely with internal sales teams, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage export shipments to meet customer delivery and on‑time performance requirements Liaise with the Sales Team to process sales orders, FGNs, and export documentation Generate accurate and country‑specific shipping documentation, including documentation for dangerous goods Ensure full compliance with import/export legislation, customs regulations, and internal procedures Carry out export compliance and sanctions checks for new customer onboarding Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and overseas agents to book and manage shipments Coordinate transport by sea, air, and land, including cost calculations for freight movements Use D365 for order picking, despatching, and daily invoicing Use Salesforce and D365 to manage customer returns and complaints Maintain accurate administration and filing of logistics documentation Promote high standards of work practice, housekeeping, and adherence to Environment, Health & Safety guidelines About You Previous experience in administration, ideally within export logistics, shipping coordination, or international trade Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs requirements, and compliance Experience coordinating international transport (sea, air, and road) Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems such as D365 and Salesforce Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners What We Offer A key role in a busy, professional logistics environment Opportunity to work with international customers and supply chains Supportive team culture with opportunities to develop your export and compliance expertise Competitive salary and benefits package Interested?
