We're looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors, and Estimators to join a growing construction team based in Market Harborough.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a business delivering high quality industrial construction projects, including warehouses, logistics facilities, manufacturing units, and commercial spaces. Typical projects range from £2 million to £30 million, with an average around £8-9 million, offering plenty of variety and scope for progression from Quantity Surveying level.
Key requirements:
Proven background in industrial construction (logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or similar)
Strong commercial awareness and a practical, solution-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a dynamic team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
