Class 1 Drivers – Days & Nights Location: Redditch, B98 365 People are looking for experienced Class 1 (CE) drivers to join our client’s operation in Redditch. We have both day and night shifts available, with long‑term ongoing work and a competitive annual salary. The Role Night Drivers: * Roll cage and pipe deliveries into stores * Keyholder duties including unlocking, disabling alarms and securing sites * 3–5 drops per shift * Use of tail lift, side gate and kick plates * Collection of all empties * Shifts up to 12 hours Day Drivers * Class 1 trunking work * Store deliveries * Double‑decker trunking between 06:00 and midday * Flexibility required to support store deliveries when needed Start Times * Nights: Between 16:00 and 22:00 (flexible). All TTN stores must be delivered by 07:00. * Days: Between 06:00 and 12:00. Requirements * Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience * Maximum 6 points on licence * Valid CPC, Digi Tacho and UK Driving Licence * Ability to work independently (especially nights) * Confident with tail lifts and securing loads * Manual handling capability Induction & Training * Up to 8‑hour induction including D&A test and driving assessment * Paperwork includes SSoW, TBT and PSMs * Drivers must arrive well‑rested and prepared for a full induction * Strict compliance standards – previous 26‑week infringement history required * 2–3 days buddy training on nights following successful assessment * Manual handling assessment paperwork required prior to induction Pay & Benefits * £40,569.09 annual salary * £16.21 per hour * Weekend work may be available (particularly nights for store deliveries) * Long‑term, ongoing work with a reputable operation
