Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Co‑ordinator to support the Soft Facilities Management team in the delivery of a comprehensive and effective Soft Facilities service.

Working days Monday – Friday 8am–4pm with the ability to be flexible. Working in a passionate team, you will have access to our Trust‑wide Learning and Development programme and be supported in your career and personal growth.


Responsibilities

* Line manage staff at Littlemore Mental Health Centre and support community sites.
* Audit cleaning across Trust sites in Oxfordshire to ensure high standards, cost‑effectiveness, Infection Control and Trust standards, and compile action plans for remedial actions.
* Travel across a range of locations to meet role needs.
* Supervise head housekeepers in their hub, conduct return‑to‑work interviews, one‑to‑one supervision and local management of work performance.
* Deal with day‑to‑day staffing issues and escalations to Facilities Support Manager when necessary.
* Train staff in Trust and local policies and procedures.
* Suggest and recommend improvements to existing facilities procedures and develop cleaning schedules.
* Record domestic and porter annual leave and sickness.
* Induct new starters with thorough local and Trust‑wide induction.
* Maintain satisfactory reference checks covering 3 years of employment or study.
* Support flexible working arrangements.
* Ensure mandatory and statutory training is undertaken.
* Promote a fair, inclusive organisational culture and support a diverse workforce.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
* Adhere to the Trust’s commitment to anti‑racism, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
