We are looking for an experienced and energetic Early Years Supervisor to join our team at our Penrice nursery.
As Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the educational journey of our children, using our unique and innovative curriculum “Where Children Shine”,along with the EYFS requirements, toeffectivelyobserve, plan and asses each individual child.

As an Early Years Supervisor,you’ll:
Lead a well-established team in delivering high-quality care and education
Focus on promoting school readiness and fostering a love for learning
Play a crucial role in supporting the effective running of the nursery through efficient organisation
Need toplan and prioritise your work
Workl as a team and lead aroom team with severalteam members and manage your own key group of children
Ensureyour room team provide quality, safe and stimulating environments
Lead by example using your valuable experience to provide guidance,supportand mentorship to team members with empathy and care.
Work closely with the management team toprovide the best professional development opportunities for yourteam
Communicate effectively with our families, creating professional relationships and keeping them consistently informed about their child’s progress and wellbeing

Is atleastLevel 3 qualified (preferably level 6) with a full and relevantEarlyYearsEducation orChildcare qualification
Hasan evidentpassion for making a difference within early years practice and have relevant experience in supporting team members to make positive progress within their roles.
Hasproven experience leading a quality nursery roomenvironment, andbe able todemonstratea strong understanding of working with our children.
Hasa track recordof upholding established policies and procedures particularly around ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of our children and the health and safety of educational environments.
