Junior Sous Chef - Alderley Edge - Up to £15.00 per hour - 40 hours per week
4 day week - Wednesday to Sunday
We arelooking fora Junior Sous Chefto join the talented kitchen team at our stunning hotel, The Alderley Edge. We are looking for an experienced CDP ready to develop their career. The successful candidate will run all sections of the kitchen, be used to working with delicious fresh food and have some banqueting event experience.

What a JuniorSousChefdoes at theAlderley Edge:
* Lead the team to run all sections of the kitchen
* Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
* Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
* Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
* Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time
* TheSous Chefplays an integral role in training and development junior team member

Our brigade of talented chefs work with the best fresh produce in our well equipped kitchen under the leadership of talented Head Chef.
