Part-time Project Support Administrator Location: Westlake’s, Cumbria Attendance: Fulltime onsite - Part time role - 15 hours per week either 7.5 hours Mon & Tuesday or 5 hours Mon, Tue & Wed Job type: Permanent / Part time Salary: Competitive Delkia is a specialist engineering and technology company for safety-related and mission critical systems in highly regulated sectors, including aerospace, clean energy and maritime sectors. Overview of the role: We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join our team to support Delkia’s Project Finance Officer with administration duties as below: What you’ll be responsible for: Maintaining and administering the Request for Quotation (RFQ) register. Updating rates register. Issuing Purchase Orders to sub-contractors as per their Quotes. Monitor staff and contractor working hours incurred weekly. WorkflowMax administrator, adding staff and amending timesheets as required. Any other administration tasks that may be required.
