The Role As a Town Planner, you will: Manage and support the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals. Undertake site appraisals, planning research, and policy reviews. Assist in drafting planning statements, development plan representations, and other key documents. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders. Contribute to a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes. About You The successful candidate will have: A degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (or related discipline). MRTPI chartered membership, or be working towards it. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
