We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Godalming and Guildford.
Work Locations
Guildford: Burpham, Jacobs Well, Merrow, Shalford, Chilworth, Albury, Gomshall, and Peasmarsh.
Godalming: Hambledon, Witley, Chiddingfold, Enton, Wormley, Milford, Elstead, and parts of Brook.
Pay & Benefits
* Weekdays (Mon–Fri) : £14.50 per hour
* Saturday : £14.70 per hour
* Sunday : £15.00 per hour
* Mileage Allowance : £0.30 per mile
Shift Patterns
We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle :
* Day Shifts : 8 : 00 / 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 / 3 : 00 PM
* Evening Shifts : 4 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to a vehicle (essential for travel between clients)

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first :
* Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
* Medication support (preparation and administration)
* Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
* Mobility and equipment support
* Light domestic tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
* Companionship and emotional support
Additional Responsibilities
* Companionship & social engagement
* Medication collection and reminders
* Nutrition & mealtime support
* Light housekeeping
* Safe mobility support and transfers
* Health monitoring and observation
* Promoting social inclusion and family connection
* Accurate documentation and record-keeping
* Responding to emergencies quickly and safely
* Working collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
No experience? No problem! We provide full paid training — all we ask is that you bring :
* A caring, compassionate nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability and problem-solving ability
* The right to work in the UK
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (especially in rural areas)
