Finance Analyst - 3 Month FTC / ContractLocation: Hybrid (2 days per week in Southampton)Salary: £45,000 p.a. equivalent (FTC)Contract Type: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract or Day Rate Contract
We are currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Finance Analyst for an initial 3-month assignment. This role will play a key part in the redesign and enhancement of financial reporting processes, with a strong focus on Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Redesign existing finance reports in Power BI to align with new data sources and structures
* Enhance and optimise current analytical reporting, driving actionable insights for key stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple systems and improve reporting accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
* Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with financial systems including SAP, Salesforce, and various in-house operational tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data integrity and process improvement
Contract Details:
* Hybrid working model: 2 days on-site in Southampton
* Contract duration: 3 months
* Options for engagement:
o Fixed-Term Contract: £45,000 per annum equivalent
