Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6) Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract type -Day-to-day supply Provide consistent classroom support and ensure learning continues smoothly when teaching staff are absent! GSL Education are looking for a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Doncaster (DN2, DN6), maintaining a positive learning environment and keeping students engaged with pre-set lessons. As Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes, support students in completing assigned work, and uphold school routines and behaviour standards during staff absences. Key Duties of Cover Supervisor: Supervise lessons using work prepared by teaching staff Maintain strong classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task Support pupils where needed to understand and complete tasks Record attendance and report any concerns to senior staff Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies Candidate Requirements: Experience working with children or young people is desirable Strong communication and classroom management skills Confidence in supervising classes independently Flexible, organised, and professional approach An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What’s in It for You?
