Your role will be full‑time, permanent, and based in and around Barnsley. You will need to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience
* Achieved Individual Placement and Support (IPS) training or be willing to work towards within 3 months of commencing employment.
* Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
* IAG professional qualification at level 3 or above, or equivalent employability qualification (Desirable).
* Have previous experience in supporting and placing vulnerable people into employment.
* Have a proven track record in recruitment and/or employment.
* Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of employment, training and related qualifications.
* Have experience of partnership working and collaboration.
* Be able to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their career goals.
* Be able to work independently with a high level of self‑sufficiency, confidence and effectiveness when working remotely or without direct supervision.
* Understand the commercial context of the service and make decisions that support efficiency and good use of resources.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, team working and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrate IT skills in data analysis and interpretation (Desirable).
* Be willing to undertake project work.
* Have a flexible & pragmatic approach.
