* Ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple outlets
* Managing kitchen operations, food costs and standards with precision
What we're looking for
* A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
* Background in produce-driven kitchens at 2 AA Rosette level or above
* Ability to balance creativity with control in a fast-paced environment
* Experience overseeing multi-outlet or high-volume operations
