Because success is personal.What youll be doingKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and implement allOPEXprogramme requirements in line with BEG/SPEC/OL/302 OPEXImplementation.Manage reporting of EDF events to external bodies.Lead and support the SelfAssessment, Benchmarking and SOER programmes (BEG/SPEC/OL/303 & BEG/SPEC/OL/304).Act as the stations WANO Operating Experience Single Point of Contact (SPOC).Identify and assessinternaland externalOPEXitems for station relevance.Support development and delivery ofOPEXbriefs, newsletters, and learning both locally and across the fleet.Provide analysis, insights and data to support performance reviews and decisionmaking.Prepare significant event reports for external dissemination, including WANO Event Reports (WERs).DeliverOPEXrelated training where required.ChampionOPEXculture, driving learning and embedding improvement across teams.Support the wider Organisational Learning team to identify and resolve performance gaps in behaviours, plant, processes or organisation.Represent the station within fleetOPEXreview processes and ensure adoption of best practice.The successful candidate will also take the role of Business Continuity Coordinator, joining the fleet BC peer group and acting as the single point of contact on site for ensuring the appropriate response arrangements are established.Who you areYoull bring strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
