What you’ll be doing
* Own the execution and optimization of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser.
* Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers for Spring and Paragon brands.
* Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with the CRM marketing manager.
* Build and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify improvements.
* Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of performance reports.
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
* Practical knowledge of CRM tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser, Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce.
* Basic understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign metrics.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
* Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.

Working hours
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 2 days in the office weekly.
